Get to know the visitor

Dutch NGO ‘Natuurmonumenten’ wishes to get to know its visitors. That is why the boat excursion to a new nature reserve Marker Wadden was used to get in touch with its visitors and to enthuse them to get involved in a fun way. As a souvenir, the visitors could sign up for a maritime flag by sending a text message, with which the customer journey started. Later that night, they were invited to reminisce about their adventure with a podcast about the reserve. Besides listening to this audio, the campaign allowed the visitors to sign up for the newsletter and make a one-off donation.
